Dera Apologised half felt apology on 27may

A day before the Supreme Court was expected to hear the petition of the Dera Sacha Sauda office for protection from Sikh organisations, its chief, Gurmeet Ram Rahim Singh, has apologised for having dressed like the 10th Guru of the Sikhs, Guru Gobind Singh, during a function in Bathinda in the second week of May.
‘I apologise for having dressed up like Guru Gobind Singhji’, he is reported to have said in a statement faxed to Akal Takht chief Jathedar Joginder Singh Vedanti hours after the lapsing of the deadline for vacation of deras.
It is not immediately known whether the apology was received at Akal Takht. “We cannot say anything right now,” an official of Akal Takht told rediff.com over the phone from Amritsar.
In a statement to the media, the Dera said it has already expressed regret for the chain of events and ‘now in the best interest of peace and tranquility the Dera tenders an apology to Guru Gobind Singh’.
‘Guruji (Sant Gurmeet) says that he can never imitate or replicate the 10th Sikh Guru Gobind Singh’, it said. ‘We also pray for maintaining peace and brotherhood in Punjab, Haryana, within the country and abroad’, the statement said.
The statement said the Dera Chief and its followers stand only for unification of humanity. ‘Guruji is a humble servant of the entire humanity’, the statement added.
Five Jathedars of five religious seats will now take up the matter on May 31 and decide whether to accept the apology or not.
Swami Agniwesh who led a four-member delegation to Sirsa to meet Gurmeet Ram Rahim Singh was not informed of the development. “If this is true I congratulate the Sikhs and the Sikh clergy for showing examplary courage,” Agnivesh said.

Why Baba ram rahim singh and dera sacha sauda did it ?
| This article also asserts what i had written earlier that as the CBI enquiry of 2 persons who were murdered was to be presented on 28 may . The baba and dera sacha sauda played this whole game. And sikhs cannot let it go so easily because they have challenged their guts . But i think sikhs should await the finding of cbi and than take any action i have highlighted some points read on and than tell is sikhs are wrong in protesting or not. | ||
Sikhs peacefully protested
On 22 may during the punjab bandh sikhs showed unity and calm by taking out peaceful protest . Rather than carrying swords the sikhs yesterday were protesting by peacefully reciting Waheguru Waheguru. They showed that the sikh religion has patience and can protest peacefully . It was an example for dera followers who were roiting in bathinda on May 15.
And earlier too there was no roiting by sikhs atall. But the problem hasnt gone as yet. Because as akal takht demanded closure of deras till 27th which was outrightly rejected by dera. And as i know that the dera sacha sauda has been bullying since last 10 years , to anyone saying anything about dera activities , it will not accept its wrong doing and hence problem will become more worse .
I think the government has only bought some time to resolve the issue thinking tempers will cool down till than but again this dera is not some regular dera, their followers have been constantly fed the fodder that dera is holy grail and no one should say anything bad about the dera or baba ram rahim gurmeet singh. So lets see if they do understand that this time they stepped on loins tail this time.

Also see this news of 8 arrests made by bathinda police who attacked the sikhs who were PREPAIRING TO Burn effigy of baba in agitation of his anti sikh activities. So it confirms what i wrote before that First baba wore dress , than his followers beat up people who were prepaing to burn effigy(note: they didnt burnt it were prepairing.) than again babas goons ransacked the bathinda city and demanded to file a FIR against those sikhs who were protesting. So first baba acts like a guru and than his goons stop people from protesting. So sikhs are not to be blamed any way rather they should have taken harsher steps to tell these bunch of mob mentality that you do whatever u do but dont step on a lions tail.

The Lying of Dera Sacha Sauda Spokesperson
It dosen’t comes as a surprise that the dera sacha sauda is knowingly claiming fake claims of the number of their followers just two days back Dr Aditya Insaan , was boasting on the mike to thousands of dera followers in sirsa that how many sikhs are there we have 3.5 crore of followers (note: i dont want to indice anyone but what he said was on IBN tv ). This shows the true face of this Dera that these people are using common people who follow them blindly as pawns.
What integrity they have can be simply seen in this comparison here on the right image

And see this statement from frontline issue 21 december 2003 by very same Mr Aditya stating they have 1.25 crore followers so , these guys are just giving out false statements to influence people , what they might teach about life and god is pretty abvious

It is ironic to see all those articles stating that this issue is about THE DRESS Baba ram
rahim gurmeet singh was wearing !! And to shift the focus of media and other people alike THE Dera spokesperson Aditya insaan( now note this name INSAAN and after reading this article read this Article), was making a hue and cry on the tv by showing pictures of maharaja duleep singh and others who were wearing kalgi and same dress.Ill post complete photo later look at this photo and see his other he never wears such attire but he knowingly did so to create a problem in the state but he was under evaluating sikh response. And as you read on remmber its not only about dress but a lot more.
So my personal message to him is “ Cut the crap , The whole issue didnt got raised it is also about the way he made a amrit and made his own 7 pyaaras or so” and what is the issue keep reading below. ANd if someone from reader thinks i may not be so informed as i might appear than , hold ur honks coz i live there in bathinda from where it started and i was there so dont tell me whats true.
And it is also about the guts these cowardly dera people had when they STARTED THE WHOLE ISSUE by roiting and for people who believe what they see here the refrences if you need .
TIMELINE OF EVENTS
- 14 May 2007 - The firstblood was drawn by dera followers , they beat up akalis who were PROTESTING PEACFULLY , and showing there anger at the dera baba by burning his effigy near a court complex here is the news
=>25 people were wounded in Bathinda in a clash between Dera followers and Shiromani Gurudwara Parbhandhak Committee (SGPC) activists over an advertisement in some newspapers purportedly showing the Dera head distributing ‘amrit’ (nector) while attired in the dress of Gobind Singh, the tenth Sikh Guru.
Dera followers have protested since yesterday against alleged police failure to check the “disgracing” of their master by some Sikhs through actions, such as the burning of effigies. ( see this news in hindustantimes on third para)
- 15 May 2007 - The guts of these people got new height coz they beaten up people in bathinda in punjab itself, so these people arranged a huge gathering of about 12000 to 20000 dera followers and made huge rampage in city of bathinda which was broadcast live on tvs , so guys the second blood was again drawn by these guys. And look at the AUDACITY of their demand ((they were demanding the arrest of 20 people who were PROTESTING their resentment , by burning an effigy of the baba ==> see guys they are demanding to arrest people PROTESTING and that too in a biggest democracy in the world?? - 16 May 2007 -The sikh kaum wakes up from its sleep , they realise this new intrusion from this harayana based dera . And protests begun around the country. The Dera unknowingly stepped upon a sleeping lions tail. And the lion is so feroucious that people couldnt accept the akal takht decision on 17 may 2007 taken in damdama sahib. Although i believe that what ever decision is made from now on its duty of all to accept it. If you are too angry go out there on your own do whatever but if you are with the community than you should follow decision of your supreme body.
- 20 May 2007 and after It depends upon tommorows decision and deras action. If he is really what he preaches his followers to become a premi he will apologise and difuse it else only he and only dera are responsible for what ever course upon which the sikhs will follow and what implications it has on the future of this country and state. I am for peace but frankly i cant even say its ok guys sit down peacefully.
